76 More Felon Voters

Tim Harris of the BIAW tells me that they have identified 76 felons who voted in King County, adding to the several dozen other felon voters the group identified in Pierce and Snohomish Counties.

1. Was the 20th set as a court date to allow more time to build a case?

I'm impressed at the amount of errant votes that are popping up- great job. But the paranoia w/in tells me Fraudoire is going to sell the courts that going back to a revote in feb would cause too much damage.

2. I just saw Christine Fraudoire say on King-5 that she would not support an Airbus plant in Washington State if the Air Force does award the tanker contract to Airbus. Quick go to www.nwcn.com where they are taking a survey. So far, 76-percent of the respondants are for an Airbus plant in Washington State; only 19-percent against. Please read the comments which are enormously negative toward Christine Fraudoire and her Democratic business bullies.

Boeing announced layoffs in excess of 30,000 employees impacting this state heavily, and Christine said NO! What does she want us to do, flip burgers for a living.

3. Like gregoire said "every vote counts"; Felon, deceased, illegal alien, non-citizens, multiple and animal. this is so sad. we need to have a rallie like they did in kiev, ukraine. i live in olympia and have room for a few people.

Even most people i know who think their democrats want a revote. Dems are getting scared.

4. Having competition for the services of Boeing workers is not part of GreGore's agenda. She has big labor's support, but that is really just the labor bosses, who need a continuing state of misery in order to keep having things to complain about.

This should show that GreGore and the other tyrants are not in the least bit interested in the pay levels of WA workers. They always accuse Republicans of being in bed with business, but the Dems are just as much in bed with them, as long as they keep paying up.

5. "But the paranoia w/in tells me Fraudoire is going to sell the courts that going back to a revote in feb would cause too much damage."

Well......upholding the law can be a messy business at times! It isn't always pretty or convenient - but without it - where would we, as a society, be?

The damage has already been done! To ignore it and not allow for a complete investigation and a revote - would cause more damage than this State could possibly recover from.....

Our courts have to follow the law - they can't do favors for Mrs. Gregoire....

6. I think I heard that 112 felons voted in Snohomish and Pierce counties (I didn't follow the link because it requires registration...) 112 + 76 = 188. So just with felons, the 188 > than 129.

"Like gregoire said "every vote counts"; Felon, deceased, illegal alien, non-citizens, multiple and animal. this is so sad. we need to have a rallie like they did in kiev, ukraine. i live in olympia and have room for a few people. "

We just had a revote rally on the 11th in Olympia.

12. Bostonian,

You said, "Tomorrow is when Rossi is filing suit, right? Or did I remember that incorrectly? If so, it should be interesting, and I'll bet a whole lot of people are very, very busy right now."

The suit was filed in Chelan County last week. It was supposed to be heard tomorrow, but the Dems and Libertarians intervened and it is postponed until next Thursday, the 20th. I'm interested to know what they could accomplish by delaying it a week, just as the first post questions. Any ideas?

Posted by: Orange Robyn on January 13, 2005 06:27 PM
13. Re_the 20th.

I thought the delay was pseudo advantagious. The skeletons seem to be popping up almost daily.

14. I know this is off topic but Hanity on KVI 570 is talking about the revote right now and Dino is just now being introduced on the show.

15. O.R.,
i'm on your side! I know there was a rally. I was there but it didn't do much good did it. they knew we would leave. However, If we can organize something bigger, louder and longer maybe something will be done, but lets see what happens in court first.

16. I'm surprised that some people say that The Court must follow the law.

The Supreme Court "interprets" the law, so they can read it any way they want.

The Supreme Court has actually thrown out several "elections" .... On numerous occassions that have thrown out voter initiates that limited taxes or government.

So, it wouldn't be unnusual for them to throw out this "election." That will make it even more disgusting when they decline to throw it and their buddy GreGore out.

17. Speaking of Boeing and related businesses, that's one of the biggest reasons we so desperately need a Republican in the Governor seat! The Dems have systematically made it unfeasible for Boeing and other businesses to continue in WA state because of all the anti-business policies and tax hikes.

Revote!

Posted by: Ferrous on January 13, 2005 07:00 PM
18. Well the next step would be US Supreme Court, and they could overturn any bogus ruling that the State Supreme Court comes up with. Keep the faith, anyone with a brain and open ears knows that there is more than enough proof. Rossi took it up a notch today too by informing all of Sean Hannity's listeners of the mess we have in WA.

Posted by: Adriel on January 13, 2005 07:01 PM
19. At this point in the process, I am not nervous or losing sleep about the re-vote at all. I will be watching things procede through the system. I really have no doubt that this failed election will eventually be set aside in the *final* ruling, wherever that may come from (the Chelan County Court, The State Supreme Court, Federal Court...).

If these votes discovered to be cast by felons in Snohomish, Pierce and King Counties by BIAW can be verified as such, then - along with the other admitted evidence of the double voters, dead voters, provisional ballots, voterless ballots, etc. - they must certainly be enough to void the first vote.

The Democrats in power, however, must be losing sleep over this. What's even better is that, when the State has the opportunity to re-vote on this election, the citizens of the state won't forget the behavior of their representatives toward them when the next election rolls around.

Don't be worried about Gregoire's inauguration! It means nothing and could prove to be providential in exposing the true partisan character of our Democrat representatives. That may be the undoing of the Democrats strangle-hold on power in this state that they have wielded year after year for a very long time.

This could ultimately be their undoing. Not a bad return for having to wait a few weeks for a re-vote, is it?

20. "Should Washington State compete for an Aircraft assembly plant to be built by Boeing rival Airbus?" survey at www.nwcn.com is still holding at 75 percent favorable. The comments are just steamy and if you have a fettish for anti-Gregoire sound bites, read the submissions.

I hope this blows up in a big way and makes Christine's first day at work very ugly. However, the message has already been sent to global-Europe that Washington State is not interested.

21. I saw her saying that we don't want airbus in this state, what an idiot killing potential jobs already and it's just her second day on the beat. She wasted no time in putting a noose around her neck.

Posted by: Adriel on January 13, 2005 07:15 PM
22. Reference the "We don't want Airbus" comments from Christine -- I wrote my state representative, Derek Kilmer, and he replied immediately: "I am keenly interested in ensuring that we maintain -- and grow -- our manufacturing presence here in Washington." I guess that was in disagreement at the very least. About as much as a newly elected Democrat can go. Derek is a good man and will be good for our district, I just wish he was a Republican.

Posted by: Chris on January 13, 2005 07:31 PM
23. Wow!

Ya know, I think she is up to something...Think about it, Airbus has been getting kickbacks from their French government subsidies, which sink Boeing on the international market. Do you think CG might actually be playing the field on this? Trying to make herself the "Boeing Savior" by not allowing Airbus into the market?

It also allows her to seem not so French (you know...Gregoire is French, for what, I do not know)...

The patriotic thing to do is hope our federal representatives are doing their jobs to insure Boeing gets the contract, even though they were corrupt, in bed with the government COR, and handing out favors to government employees. And, at the state level, we should be doing anything we can to get manufacturing jobs -- even from France.

29. Rossi was on for 10 mins I'd say, he mostly just stated the facts and played it safe, but Sean was outraged and said he hasn't seen anything this bad since Chicago in the mob days.
Sean also said he'd keep up with what is going on, and keep attention on it. Sean also kept saying "stolen election."

30. I an NOT being cynical. I just want us to think long term. IF the case gets thrown out by the courts she stays. WHAT then do we do? How can we take this and get some real mileage out of it? I've heard it suggested that if there isn't a revote then Dino is in prime position to take on Cantwell. And I sincerely hope we have candidates to run against Gregoire, Murray, and all the rest of the Dems that ignored the voters. Part of that will be the support we keep generating. Only a fool would want to run against the machine without major grass-roots support. So it's up to us. Resolve to keep going (revote or not) so it all doesn't peter out like a Democratic promise when it's over.

Just keep emailing deicision makers and tell them that their jobs are in Jeopardy, that at least got me phone calls from a few of them. Fanatics within the state Republican party are targeting Secretary of State Sam Reed.

They want him gone and have started a recall effort to boot him out of office.

Why?

Because Sam Reed had the audacity to operate within the guidelines of state law in dealing with the insanity of what we now simply call “The Election.”

38. Here's my two cents in the effort to help root out the fraud in King county:

Remember when Stefan told us about Mr. Mike Harder AND Michael D. Harder, who both registered within a few months of each other? I decided to do my first-ever FOIA request to see if our 'friend' Mr. Harder indeed voted twice.

Lisa Moore from King co. Elections informed me "We have since been cleaning up our files and have merged the two duplicate records together for Mr. Harder. The records showed no voter history at all."

I'm glad of THAT, but if Stefan hadn't pointed out the double registration, do we really think they would have cleaned this one up??? Nooooo!

Another small victory to get King county to clean up the voter rolls...Thanks, Stefan for embarrassing them into actually doing their jobs!

40. It's not at all patriotic to supress competition in the name of saving American companies. The US is founded on freedom, not government subsidy. Freedom to succeed or fail. We should absolutely welcome Airbus to Washington. Competition is good.

Ironically, the thing that will assure Boeing's survival is not supression of competition and government subsidy but precisely the opposite, vigorous competition and free markets that will require Boeing to be the best it can be to stay ahead.

By shunning Airbus, Gregoire is helping to destroy our largest employer, keeping jobs and economy out of Washington and showing her true political and philosophical colors. Thanks Christine, this will make it all the easier for Rossi to defeat you when there is a re-vote.

If you at all care about the facts, I recommend that you might consider doing a PDA request of King County canvassing board records since November 2nd. For their own training program? I'm not sure how I feel about that. I mean I was really getting used to this fascism (excuse me, facism) economic system.

Click my name to read about the KC head jailer who has been placed on paid leave. Did he insert juvenile charges into the adult pile? Or did he lose track of the number of cons (prisoners) (inmates)...people... of which he was supposed to have track?

59. Andy,

Because Chris Wickham was recently elected to Superior Court, maybe, at least he'll be out of family court. I am a step-mom of two special needs kids, whom thankfully now reside with me and my husband. It was Chris W. who saw fit to appoint a guardian ad-litem. But, other than that what I witness time and time again is his position towards mothers (if you can call them that), is one of pity - he buys into their "poor me" act and penalizes the fathers (who from what I've seen tend to be hard working, caring, responsible men). It is nauseating to say the least. Just had to put in my two cents from a female perspective. I agree with you entirely.

BTW, I contacted BIAW and they are going to call me back when they get to cross-referencing lists in Thurston county.

Stay upbeat everyone. And, if someone does organize a rally for a Saturday, I know of people who will attend that couldn't take time off work on Tuesday.

Go Orange! Go Democracy!

DKM--Thanks for your comments. My parents live in Oregon and are angry about what is happening in Washington, too. So I know we have a lot of Oregon supporters. They are tired of Oregon being run by the DEMS in Eugene and Portland, just as much as we are sick of Washington DEMS running the Washington from Seattle and Olympia.

64. Lookout-wife,

Gladly! Send me an email. I am located in central Lacey. I saw that someone else mentioned the Sleater-Kinney overpass. I think it might be more effective to be on the overpass on Capitol Blvd. It is a nice one, lots of rooms for orange ribbons and close to the capitol. Let me know where you are located. By the way, Support our Troops are going to be at exit 122 - it is their two year anniversary. I have a prior obligation this Saturday, but if anyone is interested go support your troops and maybe wear orange. :)

Any other takers to organize something for next Saturday. 10:30 a.m.

65. AirBus in Washington state is bad for several reasons:

1) it's not an American company - the profits won't be going back into the States but back to Europe. These profits will be used to employ more NON-American workers elsewhere.

This strengthens AirBus and weakens Boeing, making it difficult to maintain American-owned companies in the States.

2) It sets a bad precedence. AirBus *IS* subsidized by the Europeans because without it, AirBus couldn't compete with Boeing in either marketshare or technology. By allowing AirBus to build here, it tells the Europeans that it's okay to subsidise their companies to hurt American companies.

We need the jobs here, but the aircraft manufacturing jobs should be provided by Boeing, not AirBus. The Feds need to either start subsidizing Boeing at the EXACT same percentage level as the Europeans do with AirBus or get the Europeans to stop by taking them to the WTO. Of course, with the level of OUR economy, subsidizing Boeing at the same percentage level would reck havok with AirBus and it's market - the Europeans who hold shares with AirBus couldn't match that level.

3) Absolutely NO military program should ever be farmed out to foreign competition regardless if it's a plane for in-flight refuling or armor plating on Stryker assualt vehicles (and we all know how well the Germans did on THAT, don't we?).

I say, keep AirBus out but do so by making Boeing strong.

And then send Christine Gregoire to live in France.

Reply to Joe Cotten:

"A close, razor thin election and your guy loses. But the Democrat didn't use the Supreme Court to manipulate the outcome, right? Awww, hurts. Don't it?"

Actually, Joe, Gore DID in fact use the Florida State Supreme Court to manipulate the outcome by demanding endless recounts until he got the numbers he wanted. It never happened though, he kept losing. And he wanted more and more recounts. What the U.S. Supreme Court did was simply STOP the recounts. And it was a unanimous decision, even the liberals on the U.S. Supreme Court said "enough".

Now, who else demanded recounts until they won? Kept saying that 261 "wasn't a win but a tie?" and then declared victory with a 129 vote lead?

The big problem (and DIFFERENCE) between Florida 2000 and Washington 2004 was the facts that King County screwed the pooch too many times with too many issues. 30 or 40 different problems all lead to help only Gregoire, in all the things that went wrong (or illegal) nothing ever benifited Rossi. More votes than people. Dead voting. Convicted felons illegally voting and affidavites from over 300 overseas military personal who said they never got the chance to vote but would have voted for Rossi. When you have a "razor-thin" victory, things that go wrong REALLY add up. And in this case, they all add up AGAINST Gregoire.

Now, you are either a fool or a partisan hack not to realize that.

You choose.
