Posted by Stefan Sharkansky at May 10, 2005 10:07 PM | Email ThisHow about Kent Pullen? If the dead can vote they certainly can be county executive. We would be at far less risk of further abuses by King County, and that would be for certain with an Executive Pullen.

man I hope he wins.I do believe it will come
down to a couple of voting areas. 1. the seattle
city limits it really depends How robotcrats vote
in seattle.2.and this may put irons over the top
is the east side in the past the dems could rely
on enough votes to carry them through.I'm not
so sure this time.
Seems to me that Irons will have to sweep just about everything outside of Seattle to be able to pull this off.
Sims keeps collecting the money from the proportionally higher eastside tax base and giving it to his loyal Seattle base.
That is why we need to break up the county. Sims is using my eastside taxes to buy off his loyal Seattle base. It is a formula so perfect and simple that even crooks like he and Locke are about impossible to unseat.

Posted by: Tom Franklin on May 11, 2005 12:45 PMIrons must project a campaign message that shows the laundry list of wrong, unpopular issues surrounding Ron and how a vote for Irons will be a logical step in correcting the issues regardless of where you are politically affiliated.
Key issues to exploit against Ron include:
1. Ron has lined his nest with numerous political supporters in key leadership positions. Most recent county stories lead to him through names like Logan and Warden.
2. Ron instituted draconian legislation without adequate review allowing county to effectively take rural land from documented owners without compensation (Critical Areas Ordinance CAO sets aside 50+% of every rural property to maintain natural look)
3. Advocated the adoption of hands-off policies regarding the placement of homeless encampments in King County neighborhoods. Net result is that homeless from Seattle are given more rights to live any way they want in Eastside neighborhoods than are the property owners who must abide by all fines, taxes, and ordinances normally applied to owners/renters.
By the way, I found a very good anti-Ron site at www*metrokc*net this site is a hoot!!! I recommend linking to it.
Your right the king county gop rarely
mentions anyone other than reagan dunn.
thats the elistist atitude that exists there.
Give Stefan a break though he is new
to politics in this state. He is still
learning but doing a job.
1. Homeless: David will do what Portland did. They have only 100 homeless, but KC has 8,000. Why? (They are voters who vote for more handouts).
2. Elections: David is not asking for a $22 million dollar building to clean up the elections. The elections is the first thing he will clean up. He will not fill the Elections Dep't with political payback appointees. David believes independent auditors should have oversight.
3. Property rights: David believes in the Constitution. If he has a KC Republican majority on the Council, he will be able to give back the land taken from citizens by Sims' and his minions
4. Property rights: David would never use the right of taking citizens' homes for public "benefit" as decided by the leftists on the U.S. Supremee Court. You better believe Sims would take advantage of that decision in a heartbeat and take homes/buildings in order to crowd people into HIS urban areas.
David's background is in running his own business. Sims has done nothing but be in government and the political life all his working life.
