Rispoli wins step in retaliation suit against King County

Karen Rispoli, a King County employee who is suing King County for retaliating against her for voicing concerns about misconduct and sexual abuse at the juvenile jail, cleared a significant hurdle today. A federal judge dismissed the county's request for summary judgment and agreed to let Rispoli's case go before a jury.

1. Good, I hope it's plastered over the news again and again and again. It's a great story for the Factor.

2. Well I wonder if Ron Sims and Dean Logan got away with firing Nicole Way. Can she also now come back to haunt them! Seems like with what Shark is finding, there are still plenty of foxes in the hen house.

4. Good luck to her in court. Though I strongly disagree with her, I won't impede her process forward to her truth.

5. How big of you, holt, not to impede her process. Interesting how you lay off that ridiculous caveat referencing "her" truth. You obviously aren't familiar with the concept of truth.

You are either human, or you aren't. The distinction isn't subject to the vagaries of personal opinion or taste.

Right is right and wrong is wrong...quite apart from what you personally "feel" about it.

6. BTW, big h, I won't impede your progress forward through your fantasy world.

7. So... It looks like Ms. Rispoli is more credible than some have given her credit.....

If her story is validated in court.... heads had better roll!! Starting with Ron Sims!

I don't care what crime young people commit to end up in our Juvenile Detention centers...THEY DO NOT DESERVE TO BE RAPED in there! The KC employees that are a party to this disgusting and tragic *rape reward* system - must go to jail.... for a very long time!

8. I had not heard of this at all until it was mentioned on this blog. That is typical of Seattle Newspapers. Could it be that they also are part of the coverup. Maybe they were earning reward points also. Hard to say in this liberal state.

10. Hey, Headless- remember that example of intimidation you were demanding in an earlier thread? Well, there ya go.

12. Even the liberal judges smell a rat ! That ought to say something for the level of decadence of King County Government - at the top.

You out there can do something about it on November 8th or you can be chumps like Goldstein & the HA and prefer mediocrity and status quo. Dump SIMS - NOW or NEVER !
