Karen Rispoli, a King County employee who is suing King County for retaliating against her for voicing concerns about misconduct and sexual abuse at the juvenile jail, cleared a significant hurdle today. A federal judge dismissed the county's request for summary judgment and agreed to let Rispoli's case go before a jury.

I don't care what crime young people commit to end up in our Juvenile Detention centers...THEY DO NOT DESERVE TO BE RAPED in there! The KC employees that are a party to this disgusting and tragic *rape reward* system - must go to jail.... for a very long time!
