Seattle Weekly editor Knute "Mossback" Berger has announced his resignation. I don't always agree with Mossback, but he's always thoughtful. And he has hit a few out of the park lately, such as when he lambasted the Seattle School District, talked sense to the Democrats, called foul on Howard Schultz and the Sonics and taught a lessson to his alma mater, Lakeside.
I wish Knute well in his next endeavors and hope that will include writing about local issues.
