More on the strange case of Kyle Taylor Lucas

KING-5 reports on Kyle Taylor Lucas, the Democrat Party establishment's primary challenger to maverick Sen. Tim Sheldon. As I noted on Thursday, Lucas started campaigning for the Senate only 11 days after she claimed that she "moved" into the 35th district. KING-5:

To those who say Lucas moved out of a Tumwater trailer just run against Sheldon, Lucas says she moved to be closer to family.

"I wanted to get back here because of my grandchildren," she said.

What's clear is that Lucas left behind some bills. Documents obtained by KING 5 show she has a history of delinquent tax payments. Several liens and a judgments have been placed against her in the past 10 years. Court records show a $165 lien for lawn service is still open and $401 in back taxes are still owned for the Tumwater property.

Just the sort of financially responsible person we want to oversee the state budget!

Richard Pope sent us the court file for a traffic infraction Lucas committed in June, nearly 3 months after she claimed to have moved to Shelton -- it lists her Tumwater address.

Worth noting that Lucas is "renting" her sham voting residence in Shelton from Rep. Kathy Haigh. Haigh chairs the House State Government Operations and Accountability Committee, which is responsible for elections and voter registration laws.

hat tip: sgmmac for the KING-5 piece

1. "it's for the children" just like the NEA, WEA and other tax snake-oil peddlers; and--does "lead by example" get taught to "the grandchildren?" my arse;

Vote for Kyle / Carol Anne / Taylor / Boysen / Lucas / Whatever from Tumwater / Shelton / Wherever. Because unfortunately, we in this state still maintain a pretense of responsible budgeting. Elections gave up the facade a year or so ago, but people still have their delusions about the budget. And being out of touch with reality is a bad thing.

3. Hey, just for kicks, could we get her listed on the ballot under each variant of her name(s)? Or do you have to be running for the Supreme Court for that?

4. Why don't we just get her listed on the ballot as The Lucas Group...

Crooked damn Democrats. Crooked to the core. Ukraine has fairer elections than the corrupt Tamany Hall style Democrat apparatchik.

,no relationship ,

Lucas is ticked off also because she has had three different names , because of three divorces and it was made public .
