Random TV recommendation
If you happen to catch it re-running on CNN or can access it through On Demand I highly recommend the "Anvil of God" special done by Tom Foreman for the Anderson Cooper show (described in this post). It chronicles the experience of Bravo Company, 1/8th Marines fighting in the Battle of Fallujah in late 2004. Compelling and powerful, and my God, what a last few minutes of the show.

1. I'll try to catch "Anvil of God," but until then here's a trivia question for ya'll. Not quite OT, it's a question about the same part of the world. Since no one else has commented, hey, gotta get things started.
What is the Sun's Anvil? When and where did it appear in popular culture?
