None of the nominees faced questions because committee members had to leave for a vote on the Senate floor after the nominees were introduced and made brief remarks.
Ranking Republican Sen. Richard Shelby shares the blame for the rush to confirm:
But a reporter for Washington News Observer asked Sims about the Yousoufian public records case. Sims denied any responsibility for the violations that occurred under his watch
Let's put that one right up there with "We have a plan. A very, very good plan."
