Rev Perryman says enough! No racism at tea parties

Reverend Wayne Perryman has heard enough of the charges that those who disagree with President 0 are racist. He was a keynote speaker at a Tea Party rally in Vancouver, WA. Was that Tea Party organized by racists? No! he says.

Can we disagree with our president without being racist?

Perryman speaks strongly against the charge; it's without basis. He also recounts the history of racism in America and the Jim Crow laws that were perpetrated by the Democrat Party - the party of Jimmy Carter - all the way through for over a hundred years.

His book - The Drama of Obama - Analyzing Obama's Speech on Race covers the same topics.

1. Thanks so much for posting this, Ron Hebron. I watched it & was blown away. I read Perryman's 'Unfounded Loyalty,' which recounts a lot of little-known history.

It has really only been since the 1960's that Democrats opposed racism. Prior to that, especially during the progressive era, the left had a love affair with racism.

It is not impossible that the pendulum could swing back. A few blacks are already starting to realize that the Jimmy Carters, HL Gateses, and Mike Nifongs are not their friends. The myriad false accusations of racism trivialize the genuine accusations.

The black community has been ill-served by Democratic educational policies and anti-nuclear-family policies. It might take another fifty years but I fully believe (or at least hope) that the pendulm will swing back.

3. Wow. I wish I had the means to get many of his books and send them to my mom, and others. I have hope for this country if people Like Rev. Perryman are out there and saying what he is saying. God Bless you Rev. Perryman

4. I agree with the above posts. I hope Reverend Perryman doesn't suffer too much from the vicious attacks he can surely expect from the left for telling the truth. I also admire Star Parker greatly. Her columns are great, and she is another truth teller.

5. The ones telling the truth always suffer because people don't want to hear it. :(

6. Where are the trolls on this? Could it be that they got crushed by the Perryman "Bridge"? We are well into the afternoon of day two on this, and no comments by them attacking Perryman. It's dark under those bridges, and I guess truth really does dispel darkness.

7. A good point katomar. I wonder if the slap-down of the Carter race-baiter crowd by Obama on Letterman caused second-thoughts among the race-baiting wing of the left.

Nah, that is probably too much to hope for. Likely they're just out enjoying the weather.

8. There is a reason I call them the Slavery Party, not their own deceitful "Democrat Party" title...

9. Interesting... Four days on, and not a single leftist dolt posts here. They're all about charging racism, until it's pointed out that their charges are false. Then to the woodwork they shrink...
