WSU Police Chief demoted for these videos?

WSU Police Chief Steve Hansen was demoted ("resigned") early this month to lieutenant because of looking at inappropriate things at work (and maybe other reasons?). The university put out a report on this found here.

WSU Today on Hansen's actions:
The announcement comes at the conclusion of a WSU internal auditor's investigation into a complaint of improper computer use in the police department. According to the auditor's report, Hansen viewed e-mails that were sent to him containing inappropriate material, forwarded such e-mails to Assistant Chief Scott West and invited other members of the department to view them.

From the Daily Evergreen (student paper)
The report found special exception to four video media clips located on Hansen's computer.
"Two of the clips appeared to be short comic sketches with no nudity or sexual content," the report states. "One was a short of a monkey urinating in his mouth. And, the last was of a topless young woman performing a gymnastic vault routine."

Cougster now has all 4 clips that the "report found special exception to."
See them on Cougster.com

We have decided to put up censored screenshots for two of the videos with links so you can see them if you want. Only one contains nudity! We would think that Hansen viewed more objectionable material but this is all the Auditors Office found, as just these clips don't seem enough reason to demoted someone.

1. Pretty outrageous to get fired for the clips that did not involve nudity. The other clips were evidence that he was wasting time on the job, the nudity was an example that he didnt really understand the gravity of NOT LOOKING AT NUDITY/Porn on a work computer.

He should have been smarter, his pension will take a drastic cut after this I presume.
