Here are two documents you might find interesting. I did an analysis of the cancelled voter registrations, and here is a graph of the legislative districts that they're from, and a spreadsheet with the data.

The 46th Legislative District is the top dog of cancelled registrations. This is the hotbed of Seattle union activity from 1919 until now; it's the region that's north of NE 75th towards Lake City, and everything south of NE 145th. So that's not surprising at all to me.

The 36th Legislative District is second place (Fremont; north of Pike Place Market and Westlake Center, but south of Carkeek Park).
